About the Group The SEI Group consists of three corporations, which share common majority ownership. Southern Erectors, Inc (SEI), which is the group's namesake, is a mechanical contractor specializing in industrial metal fabrication and erection since 1973. Thermal Systems Group, Inc and Southern Environmental, Inc have provided engineering and design of quality integrated systems, which have been fabricated and erected by Southern Erectors throughout the United States for major companies. Thermal Systems Group (TSG) custom designs paper mill / paper machine air systems and non-process HVAC, and process / sanitary / utility piping, air handling equipment and miscellaneous steel / sheet metal fabrication. TSG was formed in 1985. Since 1988, Southern Environmental has supplied Air Pollution Control (APC) equipment, specializing in fast-track services that allow for short project lengths with minimal outage time for new and rebuilt, dry and wet Electrostatic Precipitators and other APC equipment. The SEI Group is proud of the combined years of experience of our staff of over 250 skilled craftsmen and professionals, who are dedicated to serving our customers.
